Picasa 3, the freeware from Google that be used to edit, organize and share your photos is officially out of beta. The version 3 brings in a lot of new features such as the ability to take screenshots, retouch images, create and edit small movies, easily sync and upload photos to Picasa web album and comes with a light-weight image viewer.
The existing features have also been enhanced with new collage and slideshow options.
